I printed the employees w2s on plain paper but it came out in a small format. I followed the instructions but it shows all the four different parts on one sheet and its small, is this correct or should it have three parts on one sheet?

I’m here to share a few details about printing W-2s in QuickBooks Online.

I replicated this on my end and verified that everything you did is correct. The W-2s will show all the four different parts on one sheet.  I attached a screenshot for your reference.



If you want to see only 3 parts on a form, I recommend purchasing a perforated paper from us. Check out this article on how to buy one: Where can I buy perforated paper for printing W-2 forms (employee copies)?
