Let’s move your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Carolexx

When converting from QBO to QBDT, your paychecks and liability payments will export as regular checks.

However, there’s a limitation with the pay period and the liability period. You’ll need to set up your employees and enter historical tax payments after you export to QuickBooks Desktop.

Follow the steps below to export your data:

  1. Set up security settings in Internet Explorer.
  2. Set up QuickBooks Desktop for the export.
  3. Prepare to export your QuickBooks Online data.
  4. Finish exporting your data.
  5. Verify your info exported correctly.

For detailed guidance, see this article: Export your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop

From here, you can connect your bank and credit card to your desktop file, add checkscreate and send an invoice.

I'm here if you still need help with your account. Have a wonderful day!
