We had low funds last Friday’s payroll due to a client not paying us on time. Now our account is on hold but my ee’s NEED payed for this coming payroll on Friday. HELP.

You can contact our Payroll Support team since they have tools that can perform this process. They can remove this hold once verified and all collection activities have completed. Please follow the steps below to reach out to our support:

Enter this statement on the box “need to lift the hold in our account.”
