We have changed our checking account. How do I notify QB about adding our new account for the monthly fee

We are charged 70.00 monthly for QB. We have a new account and need to notify QB to use the new number not the old one

Hello there, @dickpenny.

 

You'll need to update your Billing and Subscription so the new account will be the one to get charged with the monthly payment. Just click the Gear icon and change it from there. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing Subscription.
  4. Click Edit beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card information.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Click Confirm card or Save once done.
