We have employees in Oregon and Arizona. We are new to QB payroll. We received email re: payroll tax to be deposited for Federal and Arizona but not for Oregon. Help

Hi @c_banchero,

 

I've got you covered in this query. 

 

I suggest you review the address entered for your Oregon employees. It ensures that the Federal and State filing status of these employees in question is accurate. 

 

A quick way to do this is to run the Employee Details report.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. On the search box, type in Employee Details.
  3. Scroll down and check each Oregon employee to see if their addresses are correct.

In case you need to update an employee's address, then you'll need to open their page. Follow these steps below:

 

  1. Highlight the Payroll tab.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. You can either scroll to look for the employee(s) in question or utilize the search box.
  4. Correct the employee address.
  5. When finished, hit Done.
