We have three employees that have downloaded the Workforce App but can not see their schedule. Their previous jobs had Workforce. Our other employees App work fine.

We have three employees that have downloaded the Workforce App but can not see their schedule. Their previous jobs had Workforce. Our other employees App work fine.

Your employees must have access to all the necessary features for efficient time tracking and scheduling. It seems that your employees are experiencing issues while using the QuickBooks Workforce app. We are here to assist you in resolving this as quickly as possible, Rambles.

 

Let's make sure that the employees have been properly set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO) with their working hours and schedules. We can go to the employee profiles and ensure all information is filled out correctly.

 

Once done, ensure  your employee set up QuickBooks Workforce correctly and have the newest version of the app. Then, we have to sync data between the Workforce App and QBO for the employees to see their schedule.

 

  1. Go to More and select Settings,
  2. Click Help & Support and tap Sync data.
  3. At the bottom of the app, select Track Time and Time clock

 

We can also let your employees refresh the app if the issue persists. Before proceeding, please ensure that any data saved on their mobile device has been synchronized with the web dashboard. Here's how:

 

  1. Click More and go to Settings.
  2. Select Reset App.
  3. Press Reset App to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Workforce app. Let me guide you on how: 

 

  1. Before uninstalling and reinstalling the app, ensure that any timesheet data saved on your mobile device has been synchronized with the web dashboard. If not, you risk losing your timesheet data.
  2. Uninstall the app for iOS or Android.
  3. Next, install the app again by going to the Google Play store or the App store by searching for QuickBooks Workforce and installing.
  4. After it's installed, open the app and sign in.
