Thanks very much for the helpful response. The "unfiled" W3 status for both companies remained unchanged on the Feb. 1 deadline at CT DRS yesterday. The situation resolved itself today. Q2 deadline for April 30 is the current file deadline. No delinquency showing for Q1. Lesson for CT accounts: Trust QB filing reports if they show compliance. The state will catch up.
