We initiate our own tax payments. We made a tax payment that QB debited our account for and never paid to tax agency - can't get them to resolve via email and can't call

We initiated SUI payment on 11/20/23.. they debited our account that day and still to this day never have paid it or refunded us.  We have since then paid.  I have submitted support tickets and can't get help.  You call in and you can't speak to anyone directly.  Any idea of what I should try to do next?

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a summary of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. You can either choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

On top of that, we will submit an internal complaint regarding the tax payment issue you've been experiencing.
