We moved the business to a new location on 7/5/2018. The W2's still print out the old address. How do i change the business address on w2.s?

I'm happy to walk you through the steps in changing your work location, juicerbaughn.

If the old location and the new location are in the same state, just edit the address. Then, edit it back after creating W-2s.

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Payroll Settings under Your Company.
2. In the Business Information section, click on Work Locations.
3. Click the primary work location and edit the address.
4. Click Save.

If the old and the new locations are not within the same state, please contact our Support to update it. They have the tools to do that.
