The employees' funds will only be deposited if you're using direct deposit, @office333. The time it takes for the funds to post will depend on your processing time.

When you process payroll using checks, you are responsible for printing and distributing the checks to your employees. Your employees then decide how to cash or deposit them.

It's important to remember that for check payments, QuickBooks only handles the calculation and record-keeping.

We are having the same issue. We processed the payroll yesterday for deposit today.

The paycheck list in QuickBooks was showing submitted, however I just checked again and it has switched to processed, so hopefully that means we are good to go for deposit today.

Hi, Windakbru.

There's been a delay in the notification when processing the payroll funds. However, there's no actual impact to the money movement, and the funds will be deposited soon.
