We received the QB email telling us that our payroll processed this morning, 4/30/21 (entered on 4/21/21). But it was not withdrawn nor deposited in employee accounts.

The bank tells us that they have had multiple companies call with the same complaint and that it is a QB error. I have been waiting on a callback from QB for two hours. My employees would like to be paid.

Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. 

 

 

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
