We requested a transcript of our account sent to our email last month and still no reply from QuickBooks.

I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, my access to the tools required to do this is limited and I won't be able to check your account without asking for sensitive information. I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support to have this emailed right away. A phone agent has the appropriate tools and they can take a better look at the request you sent.
