We were forced to migrate from Intuit Online Payroll to QBO Payroll by 7/12. We are locked out of our payroll account for 4 weeks now. Is anyone else experiencing this?

We use QBO for accounting initiated the mandatory change in the end of May. The Intuit Online Payroll account is fully disabled but the data and access to it did not get over to the new transitioned account. I cannot access what I need to run reports for PPP loan forgiveness. We have raises to process for employees and our Quarterly bonus' are due out this week.

I've got some ideas for you to access your payroll account, @SummerShort.

Due to the migration from Intuit Online Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll, this caused the lockout.

That said, let me route you to the right support to help you access your account again. By doing so, you'll be able to run reports for PPP loan forgiveness.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can also check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.

Once you have the access to your payroll account, you can follow the steps provided in this article to run your data for a PPP loan: Learn how to download your Payroll Costs for the PPP Loan Forgiveness Determination report
