Weekly payroll timesheet report

I enter my employees hours on a weekly timesheet and save it. When I'm ready to run a scheduled payroll I click on Pay Employees, select the scheduled payroll then proceed with printing checks.  Is there a way to go back and look at the daily hours that each employee worked and print a report of those daily hours?

Weekly payroll timesheet report

Yes, there are available reports that show the daily hours worked by each employee, @bart16. I'd be glad to show you how.

You can run the Time by Name report as this helps view how much time each employee spent on each job.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Jobs, Time & Mileage, then choose Time by Name.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. From the Columns drop-down menu, choose Day.
  5. Click Refresh.
  6. Select the Print menu and choose Report.
  7. Click Print.

You can also print a weekly timesheet from the File menu. For more details, check this link: Create and print timesheets.

Additionally, you'll want to memorize this report, just follow the steps in this article: Create, access, and modify memorized reports.
