WHAT DO NEED FOR US TO INFORM YOU THAT WE LIKE TO CANCEL PAYROLL ACCOUNT

To cancel your payroll subscription, Nelly, you must be a Master Administrator or Company Administrator. You can manage this process directly through your Billing & Subscription settings.

 

Before canceling your payroll subscription, ensure you’ve completed the following payroll tasks:

 

  • Process paychecks for your employees.
  • Print any necessary payroll reports.
  • Pay outstanding tax deposits.
  • File any pending annual or quarterly forms.

 

Here  are the steps to cancel your payroll subscription:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account as the Master/Primary Administrator or Company Administrator.
  2. Click Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
  3. Under PROFILE, select Billing & Subscriptions.
  4. Locate the Payroll section and click Cancel.
  5. Fill out and submit the cancellation form.
