What does it mean when I get a message saying this is not a legal pay stub?

I’m happy to lead you in the right direction with you getting the error saying this is not a legal pay-stub. You’ll want to contact QuickBooks Online Support as they have the tools to access your account securely. 

Here’s how:

1. Click the Help icon.
2. Pick Contact us.
3. On the Ways, we can Connect the menu, choose to Get a callback.
4. Enter your information and press the Call me button. 
5. You’ll then see confirmation of the request.
