What report in Quickbooks Online will show confirmation numbers or reference numbers for direct deposits made for payroll?

Currently, there isn't a payroll report that will show reference numbers for direct deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This a way of keeping your confidential information safe from unauthorized use.

To get the reference numbers, I'd highly recommend contacting our QBO Payroll Support Team. They have the necessary tools to check your account and provide the info you need in a secure environment. I'll guide you with the steps:

1. Go to the Help (?) menu, and then choose the Contact Us button.
2. Enter your question in the search box like "Need reference numbers for direct deposits", and then click Let's Talk.
3. Select either the Start Messaging or Get a Callback option.
