There are different possible reasons why we encounter issues when using mobile apps. It could be that:
- the app version is not compatible with the mobile's operating system.
- the app is piled up with cache.
- there is a connection issue between the app and the server.
I'd recommend updating the QBSE app and the mobile's operating system version. If the same happens after those updates, I'd recommend clearing the application's cache. You can do it through the mobile settings.
After that, you can try saving the location again. This should now allow you to save the changes.
