When I save a favorite place in mileage tracker sometimes it saves another location as well. They are close on the map but have different addresses

I have checked our files, Dawnalicialb. I wasn't able to see any cases similar to yours.

I have two saved favorite locations:  home and work. Easy. My home saved location is correct. But the app will not let me save my correct work address. I go into the Manage Favorite Locations edit mode, delete the incorrect address, enter my correct work address, hit save, but it just keeps showing the incorrect address. I have no idea what that address is, but it not my work and not what I have entered. This is ridiculous and f so frustrating.

There are different possible reasons why we encounter issues when using mobile apps. It could be that:

• the app version is not compatible with the mobile's operating system.
• the app is piled up with cache.
• there is a connection issue between the app and the server.

I'd recommend updating the QBSE app and the mobile's operating system version. If the same happens after those updates, I'd recommend clearing the application's cache. You can do it through the mobile settings.

After that, you can try saving the location again. This should now allow you to save the changes.
