When I send my employee a workforce link to fill his information out, it asks for a log in which he hasn't created yet. Anyone know what's going on?

I'd like to offer my help to make sure that your employees can create accounts for Workforce , nkelectric35-gma.

It's possible that the email is already associated with an Intuit account. This is the reason why it's asking them to log in instead of creating an account.

You can let them click on the I forgot my user ID or password link. Then, enter the email address and click choose Submit

Once done, let the employee check their inbox for the reset password link and let them create a new one. After that, let them log back in to check if they can already access their account.

Let me also share these articles for additional details:

Please reply to me if the employees are able to log in and view their paystubs. The Community is always here if you need anything else.
