The error message you received can be related to the current browser you're using. Saved cache and history of your browser can cause unexpected browsing behavior and most errors. Let's clear them so you can print your employee's direct deposit payroll successfully.
To start with, let's start by using a private or incognito window of your browser. You can follow the following shortcut keys below for easy navigation:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Safari: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works without the error message you mentioned, you can clear your regular browser's cache to let it start from scratch. But if you still received the same error, you can use one of our other supported browsers.
