Did you use the trial account as the first one? And did you click the Buy button to open the second account?

We're unable to transfer the data from your first company to your new subscription.
I suggest canceling your new subscription and resubscribe your first company where the data is.
You can contact our Customer Support Team to request a refund since the new company is accidentally created. They have the tools to pull up your account.
Our supports are available every 6:00 am-6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 6:00am-3:00 pm Saturday.
