When I type in my PIN I receive the message 'PIN retry attempts exceeded. Retry after 15 minutes.' Same message for last 2 days. Is there a fix, or do I need to call?

I'm here to help you with how you can regain the PIN for your Direct Deposit process. This message appears when an incorrect PIN is entered multiple times. You can contact our support to unlock and reset it.


To reach our customer support team, here’s how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
