Buy now & saveWhen I logged into my Intuit account yesterday it said no accounts found. Spent hours on the phone. We were able to log in and see the account a couple of weeks ago. Payroll was run and deposits were made on March 30. Spoke to five people in customer service people yesterday. Finally got to someone who could see my account but she could not help me access it. I set this Intuit payroll account up through Costco in 2017. She ended up transferring me to an Assisted Payroll Quickbooks desktop specialist since I had an old account with Assisted Payroll and she thought this might have caused a mix up. The Assisted Payroll person could not verify me since they had old account information. So after spending hours on the phone I could not get any help. I HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT and I NEED ACCESS!
I know that this hasn't been easy, Jbowen001.
I would also feel the same thing if someone were transferring me and the issue is still unresolved. I'll take note of your experience with our customer support so we can submit proper feedback to our Management Team. We'd like to have this opportunity to help you in a more timely and efficient manner in the future. That said, I want to make it up to you in the Community space.

I did all this and I still cannot log in. And now I have emails stating taxes are due. I click on the link, log in , and same message "We didn't find any Intuit Online Payroll companies." I cannot spend another three hours on the phone fixing this issue. Please escalate this and get this issues resolved immediately.
I am having the same issue - can't run payroll now - can't get any answers from Intuit - someone needs to fix this now!!!
I just encountered the same exact message upon trying to log in. After calling they reset my password but after going in to the intuit payroll it says the same exact thing! I've no clue what to do now & was curious to know if you were ever able to resolve the issue on your end?
Hey I'm having the same issue & cant get any help other than they sent a reset password email after I called but still the same issue when I try to log in to Intuit Online Payroll. Its as if they've lost our account with all our records & I'm freaking out! Were u able to get any help with this?
Don't sweat it, you got me, UniqueKitchensInc. Resetting the password is a good starting point. Since the issue persists, we have another solution that will help resolve the error.
I'll make sure that the error We didn't find any Intuit Online Payroll companies will fix it as soon as possible. This way, you can log in to your account seamlessly.
You can encounter this error if a secondary Other user is being created on the account with different access than the Employee user. Don't worry because the error message is now under investigation by our product engineers.
With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team again to add you to the affected user list. They can also troubleshoot the issue by following the workaround provided by our engineers. Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response. Once fixed, rest assured that QuickBooks will notify you by email.

Update 4-5-2022
I finally got hold of the right department ( after being transferred 3 times) and the person fixed it. He said there was a refresh/reset issue as the backend team was trying to switch everyone over to the QB online payroll system. So he did something on his end and I logged in, Downloaded and exported all IFF files into my QB desktop version. I then asked for help to migrate over to QB Online Payroll and got error 1005. He had to put me on hold and check with another department, came back on the line and said the other department "fixed" something and I was able to migrate.
Tip for getting this issue fixed. Call [Removed]. Then keep asking for IOP (Intuit Payroll, NOT Quickbooks online payroll. Keep explaining as you get transferred that there are two separate divisions for online payroll ( QuickBooks Online Payroll and Intuit Online Payroll) You need Intuit Online (IOP as they internally call it). Once I got to the right person he fixed everything in about 15 minutes.
Hope this Helps...

I had the same issue today. I was able to login 2 days ago with no problem but couldn’t today. I contacted 8 different Intuit chats and not one was able to help me gain access. My payroll as due at 5pm today and I wasn’t able to submit. I tried one last time 12 hours after I initially started contacting intuit and was finally able to login. However my employees will now get their checks 2 days late on 4/11 instead of 4/8 because the deadline was missed. No one at intuit cares at all and did not offer any alternative options other than to write and hand out paper checks which is not an option for my company. I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge and care that was displayed today. My company is now looking at alternatives to switch our payroll to.
Going back and forth isn't easy, bishoppt.
I don't want to give up just yet, so I'd like to make it up you by sharing a couple of tips to prevent such issue from happening going forward.
When you run payroll, you have the option to switch the payment method from direct deposit to paper check. Selecting the paper check option will only record the employees pay, so your payroll reports are accurate. To pay your employees, you will have to hand write the check.
If you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online Payroll, here's how you can switch the pay method:
As for the Intuit Online Payroll version, you can follow these steps:
Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:

To be clear Zack,
The customer service team member was able to switch me from Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) to Quickbooks Online Payroll. Not QB Desktop. I use QB desktop outside of Payroll. I think it is very important that all customer service representatives understand and know the difference between all QB products so your customers can get to the correct team quickly.
