Thanks for reaching out to the Community about your direct deposit concern, kanddtransportsl.

The processing of payroll depends on the lead time you have for the account (direct deposit). For example, if it’s set to a 1-day lead time, submit your payroll before 5:00 PM PST 1 business day before payday.

After sending it, you can still void or add paychecks up to 4:59 PM PST that day. Then, by 5:00 PM payroll begins processing and can’t be stopped.

However, if your business is set up for the same-day direct deposit or the 5-day lead time, check out this article for detailed information. Make sure to select the right payroll service to view the correct details: When do I need to submit payroll to pay employees on time?
