Whenever I try to access this one employees profile, it freezes my computer. It only happens with this particular employee. I can access everyone else.

Whenever I try to access this one employees profile, it freezes my computer. It only happens with this particular employee. I can access everyone else.

Let's run the QuickBooks Refresher tool to help fix common errors in QuickBooks. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file and save it to your computer.
  3. Open the file you've downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool.

Then, do a quick repair by following these steps:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, choose Program Problems.
  2. Click on Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks and open your data file.

Once done, click on the employee's name and edit his/her profile.
