In the Bookkeeping tab, you can check the status of the changes that were made by your clients.

Thank you, but that didn't work.
Under My Accountant, it asks me to add my personal accountant. Under the Bookkeeping tab (which is separate from the My Accountant tab) it asks me to make a 45 minute appointment, but I have already completed that.
Hey there, @floodga7.
Thanks for following up with us. I'm happy to lend a hand with your to-do list sent by your accountant. I want to extend my gratitude for letting us know that you have completed the appointment.
Since you're still experiencing some issues reviewing the list, I recommend clearing the cache in your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time the files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your list not showing for you. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
Once you've cleared the cache, please restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
Let me know if you continue to have issues. I will be here every step of the way. You can always reach out to the Community any time you have questions or concerns. Take care!
