Where can I find 2018 W2 forms?

Let's make sure you're able to access the W-2 forms for 2018. We can do this by archiving them in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Select Payroll Taxes.
3. Select Annual Forms.
4. Choose the desired form and select the liability period.
5. Select Archive.

Once done, we can view the archived forms by following these steps:

1. From the Taxes menu, select Payroll Taxes.
2. Select View Archived Forms in the Annual Forms section.
3. Choose the desired form.
4. Click View.

I can no longer access my archived form on QuickBooks because my account has been cancelled
