Where do I email tax forms?

Good Afternoon, @laura-hall61

It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I hope your day is going well so far. Let's work together so that you're able to email tax forms.

To properly assist with emailing tax forms, please provide me with the tax forms you're trying to email and where they need to be sent. This will allow me to determine the best solution for your business.

In the meantime, you can check out some of these guides below to help your business in the future.

After I receive what type of tax forms you want to email, I'll be able to give you the steps you need to resolve this problem. I want to ensure that you get back to running your business as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for your response.

Moving on, if there is a change in your tax filing frequency, you can follow these steps:

  1. From the left menu select the Gear icon. Then select Payroll Settings.
  2. Choose Federal taxes.
  3. Select Change or add new schedule.
  4. Select the new filing and deposit schedule. Then, select an effective date.
  5. Select Ok.

If there were tax payments made, contact Payroll Support for assistance with changing the deposit or filing schedule. They will be the ones to give you instructions on where to send the tax notice.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

Here's an article for future reference on handling tax notice: Tax Notice Handling for IOP, QBOP, and Core.
