Where do I find the completed 941 for 2019 4th quarter in Quickbooks?

Employees>Payroll Center>File Forms>Filing History at the bottom of the screen. If you printed and mailed. If you efiled you cannot directly access the filed form from the payroll center (Qb should really fix this)

But whether efiled or simply saved and printed the usual place is on your C drive users/public/public documents/intuit/quickbooks/company files/(yourcompanyname)Tax form history>INWKS941

First, we'll be going to work with payroll updates to ensure that all the state and federal forms are displayed.

Let me show you how:

1. Click Employees at the top.
2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
3. Make sure that the Download entire payroll update radio button is selected.
4. Click the Update button.
5. Wait for the update to complete.
6. Click OK when the update is finished.

Once done, you can now check your 941/940 in the payroll forms list.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Select Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s, and then click Process Payroll Forms.
3. Under the File Forms section, find the 941 and 940 and open them.

@Jovychris_A please read entire question first (I have that problem from time to time) @accounting335 wants to find a COMPLETED form, presumably has no problem creating, just cannot find it once done.

But if you could pass along to the engineers, it would be convenient to be able to directly pull up the pdf of an efiled form from the history tab in the payroll center
