Are you referring to the sales tax exemption for your company? If so, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support to help you in processing the documents. Their tools can get into your account in a secure environment and update your account to Sales Tax Exempt.

However, if you're referring to payroll tax exemption, you can submit this directly to your state agency. Then, you'll just have to set up your employee's profile in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Is there a physical address where my tax exemption paperwork needs to be sent?

Allow me to share a few information and guide you on where you can send the tax exemption, Skull Canyon.

When requesting an exemption, you'll have to contact our support team first for your profile to be updated in our system. Once done, you'll be given information on where to send the documents. It may be through email or tax. To contact our support team, follow the steps below:

1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
