Is this a report that will now be automatically filed if you have selected this option with QB online payroll? I cannot find the current worksheet anywhere to go on my state's website to file it as I had in the past.

Good morning @EEickhoff! Hope your week is going well. :)
Thanks for reaching out again for clarity on this topic. QuickBooks won't automatically file this for you because all employers are required to file the Tennessee Unemployment Tax electronically. You can read more about this through the link my colleague provided above: Tennessee Payroll Tax Compliance.
Also here's a link to the Tennessee Unemployment Tax website: Unemployment Insurance Tax.

Thanks, but I think maybe I didn't explain what I'm looking for. Since I switched over to the automatic filing I now can't find the link for the current quarter wage report worksheet I used to print in order to file on the TN website. I can find the one from 3rd quarter where it's archived but there's no place to run the 4th quarter that I need.
Has that moved somewhere else?
Thank you for the follow-up details, @EEickhoff.
For the forms automatically filed by Intuit, you need to connect with our Support Team and ask for a copy of the form from them. I can guide you on how to contact support:

As always, I also recommend checking out the information from our Payroll Tax Compliance Links to stay complaisant with the state payroll tax regulations.

Where is the GD worksheet located??????????????????? It says to go to Taxes, but where is Taxes??????????
Hi, David1947.
Thanks for following up on this thread. I can show you how to locate the worksheet you're looking for in QuickBooks Online.
The steps mentioned in the pay and file payroll taxes online article advise first going to the taxes menu located in the left navigation menu. You'll access payroll forms by hovering over Taxes, then click Payroll Taxes. I'm providing a screenshot below of what this looks like:
Once you're in the Payroll Tax Center, choose View and Print Archived Forms in the Quarterly Forms section.
Locate the desired form and complete the following prompts to finish up. If you need to file the form, choose the green Pay Taxes button as shown in the screenshot above.
Please let me know if you need any help with locating the worksheet or anything else in QuickBooks. I'm only a comment or post away.
I have to file 2nd qtr TN unemployment manually after had payroll correction. It only accepts in 58 character text format and I have been unable to get it formatted correctly so the tnpaws website will accept it. Please help me.
Thanks for sharing your taxes concerns in this thread, @TammyBurkhart. QuickBooks can only generate a copy of your tax forms filed electronically.
For your second quarter form filed manually, you can check out this guide from the TN website on how you can format your quarterly forms: TN Wage Upload Help.

Feel free to visit and post some more of your taxes concerns. We're always around to guide you again.
My issue is Im told I have to file manually the 2nd Qtr I assume 3rd Qtr taxes for TN Unemployment, and I cannot format it! I have tried and tried with no success. I can not upload and pay on tnpaws because it wants a specific format and I cannot get it to work. Is there a template for the 58 Character Text Format I can use that I can upload to the tnpaws and pay. QB should give better support for these things. I have been trying to get help for 3 months. Very frustrating.
I hear your sentiments, Tammy.
I can imagine the hurdle you've been through when filing your forms. Let me join this thread and share some additional information regarding your concern.
Currently, a text format to upload your forms to your state website is unavailable. You might want to consider looking for a third-party app that allows you to convert file formats. We're unable to suggest a specific app, but I'll show you how to find one.
