I have here some basic troubleshooting steps that will help you run payroll in QuickBooks Online.
To identify the root cause of this unexpected behavior, you can use a private/incognito browser and try to run a payroll in QuickBooks Online.
You can follow the following keyboard shortcuts to use it:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + NMozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience. Also, try to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.
QuickBooks Online currently does not directly support printing checks on blank check stock. However, third-party solutions are available and it offers pre-printed checks with advanced security features.
