Why am I getting "Error displaying form" for my worksheet for WA Workers' Comp tax? It's due in 2 days and I can't even view it. Is this a Quickbooks issue?

Hello, @bradsstumpandtre.

I've checked on our records and haven't found any ongoing investigation about viewing WA Workers Compensation in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior, I encourage viewing the compensation through a private window since it doesn't store any history or form data.

To save you time, you can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If that works fine using a private browser, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. The browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks. For your guide, check out this article: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.

If the problem continues after following the steps provided, I encourage reaching out to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team to check the root cause of the error and can investigate this further securely. To contact support, click on Contact us from the Help menu.
