Why am I not able to submit the activate direct deposit form after completing the activate direct deposit?

I'll help you with activating the direct deposit, Ggloria-karlin. 

 

Once you're unable to click Submit, there may be missing information on the form (Example: ZipcodeIndustry, and Confirm email address). Let's ensure to expand the arrows ▶️ for each interview and fill out all the Edit links before submitting the sign-up information.

 

I'll help you review the form. Here's how:

  1. Click Employees.
  2. Go to My Payroll Service, then select Activate Direct Deposit.
  3. Complete and review the form. If asked for the zip code, enter the 5 digits only without the extension. 
  4. In the Verify Your Company Information section, edit the Legal Company Name and Address to add the industry, then edit the Payroll Administrator Information and confirm the email address.
  5. In the Enter Your Bank Information section, enter the bank account that QuickBooks Payroll debits for direct deposit transactions and fees. This is the account that you use to pay your employees.
  6. Click the View Agreement link.
  7. Tick the I have read and agree to the terms of service agreement box.
  8. Answer the questions provided in the Check Security Limits section, then click Submit

If still nothing happens, remove all the information, manually re-enter them, then click Submit again.

 

If it goes through, you'll see a confirmation page that you can print.

I HAVE RECIVED MY TEST DEBITS AND UPGRADED TO 2020 QUICKBOOKS, AND STILL CAN NOT ACTIVATE THE DIRECT DEPOSIT AS I GET ERROR CODE 30107

SERIOUSLY THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS, WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHY?

I appreciate the information you've provided. If you've already followed the steps below and still unable to activate direct deposit, I recommend reaching out to our payroll chat support.

 

We'll need to check your account to see what's causing the error. There might be an information that needs to be updated. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click Help on the menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.

Select your product and fill out the form to chat with an expert.

Note that we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19.
