Please be informed that there's an ongoing investigation regarding paystub notifications not being sent to employees after payroll is created and submitted. That's why your employees are not receiving email notifications.
For now, I suggest contacting our Support Team so that they can add your company details to the list of affected users. You'll receive an update via email as soon as information becomes available.
- Click on Help in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Search tab and click on Contact Us.
- Select Continue.

In the meantime, please inform your employees that they can still view their paystubs in Workforce, even if they are not receiving notifications.
