Hello there, @lauckhartpainting. Could you let me know which financial institution you’re using or if you’ve encountered a specific error message while attempting to transfer funds into your QuickBooks Checking account?
A common reason why you can’t transfer money is hitting the QuickBooks Checking transfer limits. For ACH transfers initiated from external banks, the limit is $500,000 per day. However, transfers started within QuickBooks Online or Mobile are capped at $20,000 per day or $40,000 per week. If you’re using Instant Transfer, the limit is $5,000 per day (maxing out at $10,000 or 5 transfers every 7 days), while QuickBooks Money is limited to $2,000 per day or $5,000 every 7 days.
I also recommend checking your linked bank account to see if there is a pending verification or a prompt to re-verify your connection using micro-deposits.
