Are you referring to your Profit and Loss data in QuickBooks Online? If so, the payroll tax is available on the report.
Unexpected behaviors in the program are sometimes caused by a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.
To fix this, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Once signed in, please check if you're able to see the payroll tax on the report. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.
If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
Aside from running the Profit and Loss report, you can also run other payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. This helps you view useful information about your business and employees. You can also export them to Excel if you want to use the data outside the program.
