Why can't I get ahold of customer service today, Monday November 2, 2020?

At this time, when you go to the Help icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, does it bring you to a QB Assistant (chat-based) pop up page like the one in the picture below? 

 

 

If so, this will be the best way to get in contact with our Customer Support Team at the moment. Afterward, you can still request to receive a callback if need be. 

 

You can always ask your question here in the Community as well. I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can. We're here to have your back.

To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available during our support hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
