Join nowLet's find out why you're unable to link First Entertainment Credit Union to your QuickBooks Online account, diegojgarza.
I've searched your bank and found out there are multiple names on the list. See the attached screenshot below for your visual guide.
You need to make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. You can search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct bank website.
Then, try connecting it again. Let me show you how:
You can also visit this link to help locate your account: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
I've added this page to instructions and detailed steps: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for the instructions. I have tried all of that already, I find my bank, click on it, I use my credentials to log in. Your site sends me an additional code for log in, I use it and enter. It starts to load and I get the error saying that "something unexpected happened" and can't link to my account.
I emailed my bank and they said that First Ent CU is full compatible with Quickbooks and should be able to link. SO I'm lost! I just paid for the subscription and it's not working. I suppose if I can't get this to work I will have to cancel the subscription.
Let me provide you information about your bank, diegojgarza.
There's an ongoing issue with First Entertainment Credit Union. Our engineers are working on this to get this fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, since you're unable to manually update your bank account, you can download transactions from your bank's website and manually upload them in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please know this might also create duplicate transactions once you're able to connect your bank again. To correct this, you can exclude duplicate transactions in QBO.
Also, I suggest reaching out to our support team to include you in the affected list of users.
Here's how:

This is what First Ent CU says:

So what do I need to do, manually download a QBO file every time I want to update or work in Quickbooks? That doesn't seem like a good solution to me.
For now, I've decided to cancel my subscription after not even a full day of use, due to this issue.
Thanks
Diego
Hello @diegojgarza,
Thank you for providing the information link from FECU. According to the article, QuickBooks is compatible, however, It looks like FECU has changed their digital platform to an upload connection instead of a direct feed. Although WebConnect is not quite as quick as a direct feed, it is still an easy process. I'd be happy to walk you through it anytime.
We are always here for you and would love the opportunity to continue to help you power prosperity in your business.
I use 2019 QB Mac Desktop and have issue with my FECU credit card transactions. I tried importing the qbo file and QB only lists Other Current Liability accounts as options to import. I tried re-categorizing my account as Other Current Liability instead of Credit Card-- that didn't work work, nothing came up on the menu. The only option it's offering is to set it up as a new account in my Chart-- but this is an existing account and I don't want to duplicate files.
I can help you sort this out, @rebco411.
Let's start fixing this unexpected behavior by making sure that your QuickBooks software is updated to the latest version. This ensures that the program displays the latest features and resolve issues such as crashing updating your default statement email template. Here's how:
Now, you can start importing your FECU credit card transactions. Here's how:
Once completed, you'll see your credit card transactions in the Downloaded Transactions window. You can now review, categorize and match them to your existing entries. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Add and match transactions in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
If the issue persist, you can run the QuickBooks Verify and Rebuild tool to make sure your data is error-free. This is a built-in tool that auto-detect and self-resolves any minor company file data issues.
