Why did Intuit charge me $14.99 after giving me a 3 month discounted rate of 6.99?

Welcome to the Community, @dingdongak212-gm. I'm here to shed some light on your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

I can see that your promotional discounts have now expired, that's why your subscription now bills at the regular price.

For your reference, you can check out the QuickBooks Online pricing FAQ link.

For future reference, you'll want to search for relevant topics about managing your company and subscription.

Feel free to message us again if you need more help. I'll be here to lend a hand.

You may open a new account with another email if required and rerun the bank feeds. Notice the discounted rate and period.
