Why did my monthly charge go from $9 to 15?

I want to make sure you get the answers you need about the monthly charge increase.

It’s possible that when you first signed up for QuickBooks, a discount was applied to your account. Then, you were charged the regular price after a month.

To verify, I suggest calling our Customer Care Team for further assistance. They will gather personal data to pull up billing, which we are unable to do so in this public forum.

You can find our phone support’s updated contact information by following the steps below:
1.    Go to:
2.    Choose your QuickBooks Product.
3.    Select your QuickBooks version.
4.    On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
5.    Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.
