Why didn't payroll send a request to our bank to fulfill direct deposit request?

This payroll setup has worked many times previously. At the time of this payroll run, the credentials between QB and our bank expired and needed to be reset. Employees notice their pay wasn't deposited. Need help to figure out why.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing yesterday morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts.

 

The issue has been resolved and your employees should have received their funds by the end of the day. We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.
