Let us check first if you have already subscribed to the tax bundle, if not and you still want to pay online. I'll show you the steps to subscribe.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon.
- Choose Billing info.
- Look for the TurboTax logo and click Get our Tax Bundle.
- Select Subscribe now.
- Enter your credit card's CVV code to confirm.
- Choose Subscribe to bundle.
- Select Done.
| Note: Make sure that your QuickBooks and TurboTax accounts share the same login credentials for them to connect. Changing the login credentials to match will not connect the accounts. You'll have to contact us if your accounts don't share the same logins. |
