This feature can help prevent missed payroll tax payments caused by insufficient funds.
However, this feature is currently unavailable in New Jersey. Since your income tax payments are appearing under the category of tax withdrawals, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. They will use their tools to diagnose and address the issue. They will work diligently to identify the cause and provide a solution. If needed, they will conduct a further investigation.

the state income tax payments have always been withdrawn weekly with each payroll, so the only difference I can see is that intuit changed the header and the name of the payment so that now it will not export, even though the payment is still being withdrawn out of my bank account but under a different name.
