There are several reasons why you haven't received the direct deposit payroll. Below are the following.
- Bank information was entered incorrectly.
- There's a problem with the employee's bank account.
Most of the time, the funds are rejected and returned to the employer's bank account within 2 to 3 business days after the pay date. Since it's already been a week, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support. This way, you can request a direct deposit trace.
Here's how to reach out:
- Go to Help.
- Scroll down and select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the issue in the field, then tap Continue.
- Click either Chat with us or Have us call you.
