Timely deposit of paychecks is essential for all employees, samarthsikotara. I'd like to share details to help with your concerns.

 

Please note that the timing of direct deposit is dependent on the time and day it was submitted. Can you tell us when the payroll was sent?

 

If the payroll was submitted before the cut-off time, you'll receive your Direct Deposit on the transaction date. However, receiving banks have until 5 PM local time on the pay date to credit the funds to your accounts.

 

If it was sent after the cut-off time, it will be processed the next banking day. This means it will be deposited a day later.

In addition, you can also contact our payroll support team. They can review your account and investigate why you did not receive an email notification about this.

 

Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in "contact supportin the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
  6. Choose between Have us call you or Chat.

My client said - he has paid my on Monday.

 

He has the same day lead time.

 

Today is thursday and still I haven't received any payment notification from qbo and no idea on where's the payment? Another scam?

 

Your support team is useless I would say. they are just closing the chat.

  1. Log in to your QBO company.
  2. Navigate to the Help menu.
  3. Open the search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Choose either customer and vendor payments or Ask about something else
    • If you chose the latter, input a brief explanation of your concern in the provided field.
    • Click Continue.
  5. Select the Chat or Callback option.

I have contacted your support team a total of 1000+ times. 

 

They are not helping me at all. I am not getting any response, my payment. zero help.

 

Is this another scam going on? You have stolen my hard earned money.

 

My client has said - Money has been debited from my client's on Monday.

 

Today is thursday.

 

My money has been stolen by you - Quickbooks team.

 

I have no idea how this scam is being operated.

it's Friday now.

 

Monday - Friday : Still I haven't received the payment. You have scammed me for sure.

 

I am the vendor. My client has sent the money on monday and today it's friday.

 

No sign of where the payment is. Total disaster. You should stop scamming people. Cheater
