You'll want to review the paychecks, yanktonrcg.

 

This helps you determine if the other check is entered incorrectly. Then, you'll want to delete it. 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to Workers tab, then select Employees.
  2. Under the Run payroll button, click Paycheck list.
  3. Select the check you want to delete.
  4. When prompted, select Yes.
  5. Click the Void or Delete paycheck button to confirm the deletion.
