Let's check to see why your 944 forms were not submitted by the system.
We can go to your settings to see if the Taxes and Forms option is enabled. If not, it's the reason why your 944 forms were not filed. If it's enabled in the first place, please contact our Support team to check your setting in our system and to find out the cause of this issue.
Check the settings:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Payroll Settings.
- Go to the Taxes and Forms section.
Contact the Payroll Support (M-F 6, AM - 6 PM PT):
- Click on Help and click the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- In the search box, enter something like 944 was not filed on my behalf and click Continue.
- Choose Chat or Get a callback, depending on which option is available.
