Why was I charged an annual fee on May 18 for assisted payroll when I canceled it on May 6?

I have supporting emails from Intuit confirming cancellation of my assisted payroll service.

Hello there, dns,

You might have a different active subscription. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support. We will be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and check the status.

Here's how:

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  3. Select Talk to a Specialist to arrange a callback.
